We liked staff and drinks here. Overall such great stay on Christmas holidays.

We liked this traditional hotel, no complaints. Magnificent and incredible location opposite the market square, met expectations. The staff was welcoming at the check-out.

The venue was gorgeous, I loved the stay and the location was lovely very close to the center and the train station and Brugge centre and bus terminal and under ground car park. All the employees were pleasant and accommodating.

The room met all requests, luxurious with good facilities.

Loved this place, it was fairly clean and had very good location and staff. The restaurant was great, with cold dishes.

It's original hotel and reasonably spacious, with fantastically friendly staff and unbeatable location near everything.

Everything was perfect, loved our GOOD stay. Booked double room with a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, iron and ironing board. We had very quick check-in on arrival. Not to mention free wifi! Perfect setting in the shopping area, really close to the city center and the centre and the railway station /bus station shops and local squares near by.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Bruges. Its location was very central, within walking distance of The Vintage.

Location was QUIET, I loved cool enough rooms and absolutely fantastic staff. It was perfect 10/10 experience, the hotel had excellent pool, free parking and absolutely breathtaking views.

I enjoyed staff and rooms and good bed. It was nice having WiFi, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. The gardens were well-maintained here. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a commercial area.

There were fab rooms and staff. The bedroom was comfortable, greatly enjoyed it. The beach was amazing. Pool was amazing and there was an average restaurant on site. Very peaceful hotel, my first choice in Bruges.

Great base for exploring Bruges. Helpful staff and really nice beds, relatively quiet setting. I got free upgrade and liked it. Pastries and cheese in the morning were delightful, the fee was gbp 15 per person...

Incredible room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent service. Air conditioning, coffee and sound-proofed windows in the room, incredible location. Rooftop bar was amazing and clean. A nice beach, fabulous view.

Good little hotel, extremely polite staff. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was stable.

Would definitely return here when I'm in Bruges. It is lovely welcoming hotel, I loved ideal location and calm rooms. You could walk to stores and a market.

The staff was ultra friendly, the room seemed to be luxurious, friendly service. The breakfast was outstanding and there was lots of very tasty food. Gorgeous interior, fabulous restaurant. In addition, it had free Wi-Fi in public areas. Very comfortable area, very central location.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we really enjoyed food and staff;)))

good facilities. as picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to petite maison couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. room was great value for money.
